Experience leadership and know-how are the nails that fasten everything together while constructing a home. Hiring a builder that has been rooted in the local community is the foundation. After four years in the Air Force, John Finazzo Sr. started doing remodeling in 1967 while also working at General Electric in management. In 1978, he decided to do remodeling and building full time and left General Electric. Since that first wall was raised in 1967 John Finazzo Builders have constructed close to 200 homes in the Erie area. Along with new construction John and his crew have overseen countless remodeling projects including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and full interior renovations.

The Finazzo family’s name has been synonymous with remodeling and building homes for over 60 years in the Erie area. After completing high school in 1985 John Finazzo Jr. began building with his father. Since then John Finazzo and Son Custom Home Builders have grown from completing one home per year to close to 10 custom homes per year. In 1995 John Finazzo Sr. began Northview Heights subdivision in Harborcreek Township Pa. When Northview Heights is completed it will contain 110 homes with many of them overlooking beautiful Lake Erie.

NORTHVIEW HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION.

In 1995, we started Northview Heights Subdivision in Harborcreek Township, Pa. When completed, Northview Heights will contain 110 homes. In nine years we’ve completed 96 homes, that’s averaging a little over 10.5 homes a year.
